A blood film examination is a common in hematology diagnosis. During this procedure, a small amount of patient's blood is applied onto a glass slide and colored with special dyes to reveal the different cellular components within the blood. This allows hematologists to identify abnormalities in shape, size, and color. Frequent findings in a blood
